Build your website in about twenty minutes — we host it and keep it online for A$199 per year, GST included.
Enquiries sent through your site
You are the primary controller of enquiry data sent through your site; we process it on your behalf. Reply to enquirers from your own inbox, do not publish enquiry content, and handle visitor requests promptly.
Advertising responsibility
Advertising responsibility for health services: if your website advertises a regulated health service, you are responsible for complying with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and the AHPRA advertising guidelines. Our wording hints are a helpful starting point only — not a compliance check, not legal advice, and never a statement that your site is compliant.
Transfer-out
Transfer-out: your domain is yours. You may transfer it to another registrar at any time with a self-service authorisation code, at no fee from us. Your website content remains available to export while your plan is active. We publish any registry fees we pass through before you confirm; we add no transfer fee.
Domain non-refundability
Domain names cannot be refunded once registered. If you ask us to register a domain and it succeeds, that part of your payment is not refundable — even within the cooling-off period. If registration fails (for example the name is taken or payment fails first), you are refunded in full for a primary domain (whole package, back to draft) or for that line for an extra domain, within 14 days.
