We host websites for small businesses. When you contact a business through one of those sites, that business asks us to pass your message on and to keep it so they can reply.

We act as a custodian of enquiry information sent through websites we host. When you contact a business through one of these sites, we receive your name, contact details, type of enquiry and message, and pass them to that business so they can reply.

We keep enquiries for 24 months from submission so the business can follow up, then delete them automatically. We never publish enquiry content, never use it for marketing, and never sell it.

Enquiry content is visible only to the business it was sent to and to our operations staff when needed to deliver or fix the service. Every operator view is logged.

You may ask for a copy of your enquiry or for it to be deleted sooner. Contact us and we will act on the business’s instruction where the law permits. We delete all enquiries for a site when the account is closed.
